Jeremy Grant is a dedicated attorney committed to providing effective legal solutions to his clients. Jeremy also helps with copyright infringement cases, both defending and prosecuting them. Employment Law: Jeremy's expertise in employment law extends to advising clients on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). With a focus on proactive guidance, he helps employers manage difficult employment issues to avoid litigation and conducts independent workplace investigations. Jeremy frequently presents on various employment and HR topics and guides clients through difficult HR issues of various types. He also drafts employee handbooks, employee benefits, and employment contracts.

Professional Background

Jeremy graduated from Boston University School of Law, Cum Laude, with a concentration in intellectual property, earning honors for his academic achievements. Before joining Primmer Piper Eggleston and Cramer, PC, he gained valuable experience as a litigation associate in Bangor, Maine, and as a legal extern for the Office of General Counsel for the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. He also has a master’s degree in International Environmental Policy and Chinese from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.

Community Engagement

Outside of his legal practice, Jeremy is actively involved in the community. He serves as the president of Burlington Youth Lacrosse and coaches each Spring, demonstrating his commitment to making a positive impact beyond the courtroom. He also does pro bono work for the Vermont Asylum Assistance Project.
