Holly Kramer is an attorney in Primmer Piper’s Washington, D.C. office.  With more than 20 years’ experience, Holly’s practice focuses on insurance coverage counseling, claims handling and litigation on behalf of professional liability insurance company clients.  Holly also serves as Claims Counsel for a risk retention group.  Through her work, she has developed knowledge in the handling of matters involving wire fraud and other business email fraud.  She also has significant experience analyzing, advising and responding to hundreds of claims received by a professional liability carrier following multiple natural disasters.  Holly’s prior work experience includes litigation and mediation experience in mass tort environmental coverage matters along with directors and officers liability insurance matters.
