Ryan’s diverse practice includes the representation of individuals and corporate entities of all sizes. Ryan assists clients in a broad range of matters including corporate and employment law, commercial disputes, and utility and regulatory matters and litigation. His litigation experience includes the representation of plaintiffs as well as defendants.
Prior to joining the firm, Ryan practiced regionally, where he specialized in employee rights enforcement. During law school, Ryan interned at the Office of the Maine Attorney General in the Division of Professional and Financial Regulation as well as at a civil litigation practice where he worked directly with clients to navigate tort matters.
Before entering the practice of law, Ryan gained invaluable perspective while working as a financial planner, a securities broker, and a bank manager. His experience focused on helping businesses and individuals navigate financial concerns. Ryan also worked in the broadcast television industry as an account executive, partnering with clients to develop advertising and marketing strategies to grow revenue.
Ryan’s passion is to provide insight into the day-to-day concerns faced by his clients and offer a blend of legal experience and business strategy guidance.
He lives in Amherst, New Hampshire, with his wife, son, and two dogs. When he is not practicing law, he enjoys tackling home renovation projects and spending time outside, in the fresh New England air.
