We are committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of equity and inclusion. This commitment centers on recruiting, developing, retaining and promoting talented lawyers and staff with diverse backgrounds encompassing a variety of life experiences and perspectives such as race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, education, veteran status, disability, socio-economic status, family or marital status. We firmly believe that our inclusive environment is essential to both the quality of our client service and the personal satisfaction of our lawyers and staff. As we continue to strive to make diversity an integral part of our firm’s culture, we believe our commitment results in a team of attorneys and staff that are strong as individuals but unified in service to our clients and communities.

We currently have an internal Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee who meet regularly. We also work with the Mars Hill Group to provide mandatory periodic trainings with topics that range from ‘Race’, ‘Gender’ and ‘Harassment’ issues to ‘Building Empathy’, ‘Enhancing Emotional Intelligence’ and ‘Neurodivergence’ to name a few.
