Our firm is managed by senior attorneys representing a wide range of practice areas.  Each member has demonstrated a deep understanding of business and law firm management. Our management team works collaboratively with all members of the firm to ensure a positive and rewarding work environment for attorneys and staff while staying committed to providing excellent legal services to our clients.

Our Guiding Principles

It has been nearly forty years since our firm first opened its doors in Vermont. Even though we have grown tremendously since 1982, many of the same principles that founded our firm still guide us today.
