Chris Jensen has more than 20 years’ of experience in advising common interest community associations, employers and business entities and representing them in litigation when necessary.
Her association practice focuses on advising association boards, owners and property managers on drafting, interpreting and applying common interest community declarations, bylaws and rules, as well as general governance.
Her employment law practice focuses on drafting and applying effective personnel policies in compliance with state and federal law.
In addition, she has represented diverse business clients in negotiating, drafting and enforcing commercial contracts, including financing, and general transactional matters. Chris’s extensive experience in Vermont’s trial and supreme courts provides her clients with a broad perspective in preventing and responding to the variety of circumstances that arise.
