Peter is a detail-oriented insurance regulatory attorney, specializing in captive insurance and alternative risk financing. He has experience forming and providing corporate and regulatory counsel to a wide variety of captive insurance programs, from single-parent (pure) captives to sponsored captives and other group programs. With his background in complex, insurance coverage litigation, Peter is as able to provide additional value with respect to reinsurance transactions and other policy related matters.
Prior to private practice, Peter served as a law clerk to the Honorable Peter W. Hall of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He is admitted to practice in Vermont and the District of Columbia.
