Ryan P. McClure
Gary F. Karnedy
Ryan is an innovative attorney focused on commercial, regulatory, and administrative litigation, as well as bankruptcy and business reorganization. Ryan’s clients move forward with confidence because he takes the time to listen, defines objectives, provides regular and timely case updates to stakeholders, digs deep, and acts decisively. He is well-versed in negotiating resolutions to complex, contentious, and often emotional conflicts, as well as advocating for his clients when those disputes end up in court.
Before coming to Vermont, Ryan practiced in Manhattan at a large national law firm. He gained wide-ranging experience in complex commercial litigation in high-profile cases, including private equity disputes, employee stock buybacks, class action defense, prospective litigation strategy, and employment law for clients ranging from large corporations and holding companies to government agencies.
