Attorneys Present & Exhibit at VT SHRM Annual Conference

Our Employment Law Team recently presented a seminar on the value of AI (Artificial Intelligence) in HR Decision Making at the annual conference for Vermont human resources professionals. Attorneys Jeremy Grant and Gary Karnedy presented “Emotionally Balanced AI: Navigating the Shifting Legal Boundaries for Using AI in HR Decision Making” at the recent SHRM two-day event.

In addition to this well-attended event, other members of the employment law team staffed a table in the exhibitor’s hall. The annual event is an important way to connect with local professionals and hear what human resource issues their organizations have faced in the past year. The team also enjoyed inviting attendees to spin the prize wheel, and take home some Primmer goodies.
