Newly Elected Shareholders for 2025
Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer is pleased to announce that it has recently added three new attorneys to its offices in Manchester, NH and Washington, DC. Debra L. Mayotte, Holly A. Kramer and Melissa M. Vale have all joined the firm.

Debra has joined the firm’s Insurance Law, Coverage, Defense and Litigation team. She is a trial attorney with decades of experience. With a primary practice in insurance defense, Debra represents individuals, small business owners and corporations. She is also experienced in briefing and arguing cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Debra is a Shareholder, based in our Manchester, NH office.
Holly has joined our Washington, DC office as Of Counsel. With more than 20 years’ experience, Holly’s practice focuses on insurance coverage counseling, claims handling and litigation on behalf of professional liability insurance company clients. Holly also serves as Claims Counsel for a risk retention group. Holly lives in Arlington, VA and has been a volunteer to Meals on Wheels for the past 13 years.
Melissa brings over two decades of experience in Insurance Law and Litigation to our office in Washington, DC. Her focus is on insurance coverage counseling, claims handling and litigation on behalf of professional liability insurance company clients. Melissa has previously worked for multiple national law firms, where she represented clients in a variety of complex civil litigation, including insurance coverage matters, antitrust class actions and securities class actions.
