New Attorneys Join Primmer
HOA Board Meetings: Communication Do’s & Dont’s
Primmer Piper Eggleston & Cramer is pleased to announce that Nicholas J. Deleault, Peter I. Dysart and Christina A. Jensen were elected shareholders of the firm, effective January 1, 2025.

We are fortunate to add Nicholas, Peter and Christina to our class of shareholders,” said Shireen Hart, managing director of the firm.
Nicholas joined the firm’s Insurance and Litigation practice in the Manchester, NH office in 2023. Nick brought with him over 15 years of experience litigating complex insurance matters for national insurance carriers. He practices in New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts and Maine. Nicholas has served as a former Vice Chair for the Insurance Section of the NH Bar Association, as well as a Youth Soccer Coach for the town of Chester, NH.
Peter Dysartjoined the firm as an Associate Attorney in the Burlington, VT office in 2022. Peter practices Captive Insurance Law & Alternative Risk Transfer as well as Corporate Law. He is admitted to practice in Vermont and the District of Columbia. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Burlington Business Association, and has been recognized as an Emerging Leader with the Vermont Captive Insurance Association.
Chris Jensen joined the firm’s Community Association and Corporate Law practice in the Burlington, VT office in 2023. She brought more than 20 years of career experience in advising common interest community associations, employers and business entities. Chris serves on the Legal Committee for the United States
Eventing Association as well as the Chair of the VT Legislative Action Committee for the Community Association Institute of Vermont.
